Swimming Lessons

Joel and the gang (the cousins) started their swimming lesson since Aug 2006. Following are some funny recollection during the lessons:

Joel
When the swimming instructor asked Joel to swim to him, Joel dare not do so, he struggled. After the lesson, i asked him why he is scared. He answered me :"That's because i have not transformed!" (that is, he has not transformed into one of the power rangers) hee ha ha. Well, till now just before the lesson, i will remind him "Don't forget to transform before you go into the pool". He is letting go but still not confident enough to put his arm straight and do his "step 1, stpe 2".

Sadiq
Sadiq has been clinging to the edge of the pool refusing to let go, one of the lesson, the swimming instructor "pulled him off the wall" asked him to hold the float. The moment the swimming instructor pulled him off the wall moving away from the wall to hold the float, Sadiq started crying, and while crying he said "i want milk, I want milk i am hungry!' ( i guess he just trying to give some reason to get back to the wall)

Jeremy
From day 1 Jeremy has been complaining that he is very cold. And i can see him shivering. The swimming instructor said this is partly due to the fear plus cold that's why he is shivering so badly. For some reason, Jeremy just won't swim for the coach to see at first. Finally last week's lesson, I saw Jeremy swimming with the float to show the swimming instructor. He has also been swimming during Sunday too! I guess he was just been shy that's why the first few lesson he has not warm up yet.

As for Ryan and Shukri, they are doing fine.

Let's hope the next time i update, the boys are already swimming.......
